国内への発送は、日本郵便のゆうパックを利用します。

送料は、お届け先の地域およびご注文内容に応じて表示されます。

商品合計20,000円（税込）以上のご購入で、国内送料は無料となります。

ご注文いただいた商品の種類・数量・組み合わせにより、梱包サイズや個口数が異なる場合があります。

ポスターを含むご注文は、商品の組み合わせによって2個口での発送となる場合があります。

カナダ・イギリス・フランス・スペイン・ドイツ：7,000円

適用される送料は、購入手続き画面に表示されます。

お届け先の国・地域により、関税・輸入税・その他の手数料等が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用は商品代金および当ショップで設定している送料には含まれておらず、発生した場合はお客様（受取人）のご負担となります。

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.

Weekends, Japanese national holidays, and year-end/New Year holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping may take longer than usual during periods of high order volume.

Once an order has been placed, we generally cannot accept cancellations or changes requested by the customer, including changes to items, sizes, colors, or quantities.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as ordering the wrong size or item, or a change of mind.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
If a replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

不良品・誤配送による返品・交換にかかる送料は、当ショップが負担いたします。
在庫状況により交換品をご用意できない場合は、返金にて対応させていただく場合がございます。
